婴儿先天性膈疝手术的麻醉处理
【摘要】 目的：探讨婴儿先天性隔疝手术的麻醉处理和围术期管理。方法：回顾性分析32例婴儿先天性隔疝手术的麻醉资料。 结果:32例患儿麻醉过程较平稳，均顺利完成手术，无手术中麻醉死亡。其中22例术后按时拔除气管导管，9例患儿延迟拔管，1例患儿放弃治疗。结论:婴儿先天性隔疝手术麻醉有其特殊性，术中应加强麻醉管理。【关键词】 先天性遗传性新生儿疾病和畸形；疝，横隔/外科学；麻醉［ABSTRACT］ Objective: To investigate the perioperative anesthesia managements of infants with congenital diaphragmatic hernia during surgery and perioperative period.
